Woody's Boathouse
We like Woody's Boathouse. Won first place in member voting for favorites. We ate there
monthly for a year. There is plenty of space for a large group, both indoors and on a patio.
There is a good selection of quality food -- steaks, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, pizza and
pasta. The service is good and friendly. They have the best salad bar on the mountain. (In
this case, "best" means there is nothing else like it.)
Woody's discontinued their locals menu, for the summer of 2011. We left. The local's menu has been reinstated, as of Labor Day, 2011. Most of the meals on the local's menu now cost $10.95, as before.
Woody's is at the north end of the waterfront, at Lake Arrowhead Village, (the other end from McDonalds.) Phone (909) 337-2628. We have reservations for Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 14, April 11, May 9, and June 13. Our server Jose says that we can keep the local's menu through summer 2012.
