Sushi Carpool Trips
It's not everyone's cup of tea -- or maybe -- fish. But
when I'm in Heaven looking back on what I liked
about the corporal world, I will think of sushi. At one
time, I could walk into a bar in Tokyo and name all
the common types in Japanese.
Koko has acquired the taste, too. She would like to
head a carpool group to go restaurant hopping in
search of the perfect Nigiri.
For a beginner's palate, try the yellowtail, salmon,
and California roll. There are also tempura and
teriyaki dishes on most Japanese menus, if octopus
is too great a culinary leap.
